This website is operated by The Lovely Little Gift Co Limited which shall be referred to as “we”, “our” or “us” throughout the following Terms & Conditions.

 

By purchasing via our website www.thelovelylittlegiftco.com, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below so you are encouraged to read them carefully and frequently as they are subject to change.

 

Purchases

When you order from this website, you will be able to do so through a secure checkout service. We will ask for your email address so that you can receive a confirmation email once you complete your purchase. Please check this email carefully, especially if you have ordered personalised items, to ensure that everything is correct. If it is not you should inform us immediately, however, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect personalised products if the production process has begun. We will however make every effort to correct your order if the production process has not begun.

 

It is illegal to purchase products containing alcohol under the age of 18.  By purchasing products containing alcohol, you are confirming that you are over the age of 18.  If it is found out that you are not, we will cancel your order without notice.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Some of the reasons may include, but are not limited to:

 

  • The product chosen is out of stock.
  • The personalisation requested is offensive, discriminatory, a breach of confidence or threatening in any way.
  • Your payment method was refused.
  • You are under the age of 18 for products containing alcohol.

Payment and Security

You can pay for your products using any of the following methods: Visa Debit Card, Visa Credit Card, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express via secure payment services on our website.

 

Delivery

All delivery times stated are working days on orders placed by 12pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays in England).  All delivery prices are excluding VAT which will be added at checkout.  You should allow 24-48 hours for personalised products to be completed before dispatch, including next day delivery products. Any products that will take longer than 24-48 hours will state on the products individual description on the product page. These delivery times are approximate and whilst we will do our utmost to ensure your order reaches you within these timelines, they cannot be guaranteed and there may be occasions where factors outside our control can affect delivery times. We cannot accept liability or costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries that are caused by third parties or circumstances that are beyond our control.

 

Delivery will be to the address(es) you have specified in your order. If any of these details are incorrect, we cannot be liable for any items that have not been received.

 

If a delivery is not received, we will require proof that the local sorting office has been checked before a replacement is sent out

 

We are not liable for any products not received for events that are beyond our control.

 

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel the purchase of non-personalised or non-customised products without having to give a reason at any time within 10 working days, beginning on the day you receive the goods. If you wish to return the goods, then you must send the goods back to the returns address label enclosed at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as is reasonably possible. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Returned items must:

1. be in suitable packaging.
2. be in their original condition, unused and without marks or odours.
3. be returned within 10 working days of receipt.
4. be returned at your cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective).

 

All returns will be checked prior to a refund being offered, and items not meeting the above criteria will not be refunded. All refunds will be issued to the original purchase method only within 14 working days.
